 EASY PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLIDERS


The rolls are filled with tender roast beef, topped with melted provolone cheese and sautéed vegetables, and topped with soft toasted butter rolls and smeared with all the bagel topping. 

Ingredients
4 Tablespoons butter, divided in half
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 large bell pepper- chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
Everything Bagel Topping
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 dozen dinner rolls
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons Everything Bagel Topping
9 slices provolone cheese
1 lb. shaved Roast Beef
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1/4 cup black sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1/4 cup poppy seeds

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° 

Mix all the ingredients in “Everything Bagel Mix” in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container 

In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 2 tablespoons of Everything Bagel Mix. Set it aside when you make sandwiches 

In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over a medium skillet. Add the chopped vegetables and fry them around the edges until tender and lightly browned. Put it aside. 

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 pound of shaved roast beef. Cook until hot and lightly grilled. 

Carefully cut the buns in half and make sure they stick together. Create up and down. 

Place the bottom of the rolls in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise over the bottom of the rolls. 

Evenly spread the top rolls with hot meat over the buns. Place the provolone cheese on the meat. 

Sprinkle sautéed vegetables over the cheese. Place in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts. 

Remove from the oven, add the rolls, brush with all the bagel butter. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. 

Get the glides out of the oven. Cut into individual sandwiches. Avail
